Mabusth <br />DATE: July 15, 1981 <br />SUBJECT: #626 Charles Van Eeckhout, 1025 North Brown Road - <br />Preliminary Subdivision <br />Public Nearing 7:30 PM <br />I have enclosed a copy of the notification sent to the applicant <br />after our June 15th meeting. Van Eeckhout was advised of the <br />need to submit a completed septic report for the entire plat <br />as required by ordinance. <br />At that meeting, it was noted that Lot 4 did not contain suit- <br />able area for an on -site septic system. We have not received <br />the completed septic report as required to permit preliminary <br />approval. <br />I would recommend tabeling the application until the required <br />septic information has been received and reviewed by staff. <br />
