If it is not your intention to complete the paving <br />by October 5, 1982, a new letter of credit must be received <br />by the City no later than September 28, 1982. <br />If we do not hear from you wy the specified date, the <br />City will be forced to draw upon the irrevocable letter of <br />credit, dated April 5, 1982, in order to complete the final <br />road improvements. <br />Please contact my office if you have any questions <br />concerning the City's position. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jednne A.
