a. <br />MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF APRIL 19, 1:'82 hag., 1.0 <br />Peterson stated that it was up for sale and that he was TONKA (CONT.) <br />keeping his options open. <br />Opheim moved to table the Tonka Lake Properties proposal. <br />McDonald seconded. <br />After a brief discussion in whi.;h the developer asked for <br />some action by the Planning Commission, Opheim withdrew <br />his motion. <br />Earnst then explained the drainage plan designed to control <br />runoff. The Planning Commission was very impressed by <br />the design but still felt there was too much hardcover <br />proposed. <br />Calla:an moved to approve the Tonka Properties subdivision <br />for 2 units, including the existing one plus one more. <br />Opheim seconded. <br />Rovegno wanted to know what the 2 unit plan would look <br />like. fie stated that with 2 units they could still <br />run into hardcover problems. <br />Opheim stated that this was a rare piece of property and <br />that he felt that a PRD was never intended on Baldur Park. <br />General discussion about Planning Commission not wanting <br />to act on a plan that wasn't before them. The, wanted to <br />act on the 4 unit plan proposed.
