PTANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />June 1, 1979 <br />n' <br />Planning Commission directed staff to define for applicant the <br />accepted method of determining the 200' width at building site. <br />Mr. Van Eeckhout was advised to make the following changes in <br />the sketch plan: <br />1. List 4 property owners within 300'. <br />2. Topographic map of plat area. <br />3. Required septic testing for each of the seven lots. <br />4. Certificate of survey. <br />5.
