5485'745 <br />C', tv of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2441 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />EVERGRESM RIDGE <br />APPLICATION MO. 1214 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />1IORREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic a^d safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision of a two lot plat by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen Ziminski, <br />the subdividers; and <br />WHRREAS, the st,. f v .;ion has been found to meet all c.tandard-, of <br />the RR-1B,Rural Residential Zoning District findir !:iat each lot is of a <br />size and configuration that will allow its use as i.. family residence <br />to be fully developed without the need of any v Aces; and <br />W11EREA8, the subdivit':ers have completed a... requirements of the <br />platting regulati -s of the City, including: <br />1. Completicn f all the requirements of Resolution No. 2363. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of rights of way for publ'c roads, shown as <br />North Brown Road and County Highway No. 6. <br />3. --�J-atirai on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount:f <br />$200.00. <br />5. Payment to the City for the legal review and firing of the plat <br />in the amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of Evergreen Ridge, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the imsuance of a building permit for new construction <br />on Lot 2, Block 1, Evergreen Ridge, a :,0' wide section of existing <br />gravel drive adjacent to the west lot line must be removed and ground <br />cover restortd within this disturbed ar a.
