2. Mortgage: At entry 60 appears a Mortgage dated April 11, 1985 filed <br />May 8, 1985 as Document No. 4991937 in the original amount of $220,000.00 due <br />May 1, 2015. This Mortgage was executed by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen <br />Ziminski, husband and wife to Norwest Mortgage, Inc., An Iowa Corporation. <br />Assignment of Mort a e: The above Mortgage was assigned by Norwest <br />Mortgage, Inc., An Iowa Corporation to Citicorp Person -to -Person Financial <br />Center, Inc., A Minnesota Corporation by Assignment dated April 11, 1985 filed <br />May 13, 1985 as Document No. 4993101. <br />Name Change: Although it does not appear in the Abstract, I have examined <br />e records on file at the Hennepin County Recorder's office and note that <br />there is recorded a name change dated January 24, 1986, filed September 17, <br />1986 as Document No. 5158104 indicating that Citicorp Person -to -Person <br />Financial Center, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation changed its name to Citicorp <br />Savings Company, a Minnescta Corporation effective February 3, 1986. I <br />suggest that the At ract be corrected to include that document. <br />3. Mortgage: At entry 53 appears a Mortgage dated December 1, 1980 filed <br />Decembeer 8, 1980 as Document No. 4609200 in the original amount of $60,000 due <br />December 1, 2010. This Mortgage was executed by John A. Enright and Susan J. <br />Enright, husband and wife to Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association. <br />The above mortgage was satisfied by a Satisfaction of Mortgage dated <br />March 1, 1988, filed March 11, 1988 as Document No. 5385611. The next time <br />the abstract is updated, the Abstractor should be requested to include in the <br />abstract the Satisfaction of Mortgage and also a Name Change filed June 25, <br />1987 as Document No. 5123630 indicating that Twin City Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association changed it's name to TCF Banking and Savings, F.A. <br />4. Hi 2 hwa Easement: At entry 28 appears a Highway Easement dated July 3, <br />195 July Z8, 1954 in Book 2006, Page 361, Document No. 2887723 <br />affecting a part of the property. A copy of said abstract entry is enclo,.ed. <br />The assistance of a surveyor would be needed to locate said easement upon the <br />property. <br />5. Public Roadway: A public roadway extends ovLr the Easterly ? feet of <br />the suTject property according to the half section map. <br />6. Abstractor Error: An Administrator's Deed at entry 36 incorrectly <br />indicates one o e distances to be 468.95 feet. 1 have checked with the <br />County Recorder and confirmed that the actual document indicates 469.95 feet. <br />That correction should be made in the abstract. <br />7. Such ownership is also subject to the following: <br />a) Riyhts, if any, of the parties in posst•ssion other than said owners; <br />
