City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.s� <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat application of Karen & Richard Ziminski per <br />the plat drawings by Mark S. Gronberg dated September 25, 1987 and revised <br />January 18, 1988, subject to the condition that prior to the issuance of <br />building permits for new construction the final plat must be filed with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office and the removal of the existing paving <br />completed by May 1, 1988. Please note a building permit will not be <br />issued for new construction on Lot 2 unt,l specified area of existing <br />gravel drive is removed. <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form ,-)f two (2) mylar copies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary surve} by Mark S. Gronberg <br />dated September 25, 1987 and revised January 18, 1988. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines. <br />c) Dedication of road right-of-ways for North Brown Road and <br />County State Aid Highway No. 6. <br />2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage <br />holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />3. FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $425.00 <br />a) Park dedication fee per current schedule: <br />$200 x 1 = $200.00 <br />b) Final plat fee - $150.00. <br />c ) Leqa l review and filing fees of $75.00. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
