Kelley, <br />85 Brown Road South, per the Planning Commission <br />recommendations of May 8, 1978. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />yays (0) . <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION <br />record the following request of Jurgen Stielow, 565 Leaf Street <br />565 Leaf Street, for a subdivision dated April 4, #367 <br />1978, which states: Jurgen Stielow <br />Sketch Plan Review: This is a proposed 13 lot <br />residential subdivision of the former Andromeda <br />property between Leaf Street and Bayside Road. <br />The sketch plan is an opportunity for you to <br />review and comment on the proposal at the conceptual <br />stage. <br />Items for discussion: Wetlands and flowage ease- <br />ments along shore and pond; riparian access; <br />int-,*ions for the existing church building on <br />Lot mnd foundation on Lot 7; should the road <br />be E is or private, and should it be gravel or <br />paved': <br />Planning Commission Meeting - April 10, 1.978 <br />Planning Commission reviewed sketches indicated <br />some objection to substandard area of Lot 10, <br />Block 1 and setbacks of existing structures from <br />proposed lot lines on alternate plan dated April 6, <br />1978. Suggested developer revise plans to meet <br />m.iimum area and setback requirements. Indicated <br />preference and conceptual approval of original <br />proposal. (Plan dated March 27, 1978) <br />Staff: Developer will be submitting revised plans <br />for second sketch plan review <br />Planning Commission Meeting April 24, 1978 <br />Mr. Stielow was present at this meeting and the <br />Planning Commission reviewed his latest plan which <br />is dated April 20, 1978. This plan has been <br />rearranged to show response to the -nncerns and <br />questions of the Planning Cuuunission at, the )ast <br />meeting. General discussion followed during which <br />the Planning Commission noticed considerable work <br />and improvements over the previous plats. (Continued) <br />
