Ri.GULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, AUGUST 29, 1978 <br />Page 2 <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Posek seconded, to adopt <br />Resolution #932, A Resolution Approving The <br />Leach Addition, subject to modifying the resolution <br />to show a 15' easement for drainage purposes on the <br />plat. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, informed the City <br />Council that all requirements of the preliminary <br />plat approval have been completed for American Re- <br />builders, 2400 Sixth Avenue North. All sites <br />have acceptable septic system locations, although <br />mound type systems are required due to the high <br />water table. Conservation ea!;ements have been <br />provided over the pond on Lot 1 and a low area on <br />Lot 2. [lotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, inforned the City <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Council that the preliminary subdivision for <br />125 Brown R,-ad <br />Lloyd I:elley, 125 Brown Road South, was approved <br />#372 <br />on June 28, 1978, subject to the conditions <br />Lloyd Kelley <br />noted on the attached list. The City Engineer <br />is reviewing the driveway plans.
