COVENANT FOR MPINTENANCF. OF DRIVEWAY EASEMENT <br />THIS COVENANT made this day of - , 1978, by <br />and between the undersigned, who are all the owners of record <br />of the following described land in the City of Orono, County <br />of Hennepin, State of Minnesota: <br />Lot 1, 2, 4,Outlot A, Outlot B and Outlot C, <br />Block 1, Kelley Green. <br />WITNESSE'I'l? : <br />WHEREAS, Lloyd S. F:elley, unmarried,is the fee owner of Lot <br />1, 2 and 3, Kelley Green and John Richard Kelley and Faith Kelley, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants are the contract vendees on <br />an unrecorded contract for. Lot 1, Kelley Green, and Lester S. <br />Kelley ane Mary K. Kelley, husband and wife, as joint tenants, <br />are the owners of Lot 4, Kelley Creen; and <br />WHEREAS, each of the Parties are a part owner of Outlot <br />A, Outlot A and Outlot C, Kelley Green- and <br />WHEREAS, there exists a nonexclusive easeanent (hereinafter <br />"said easement") for Driveway, ingress and egress, and utility <br />purposes over and across outlot A and C, Kelley Green as set <br />forth in that certain Declaration of Driveway Easement dated <br />197� and filed - _--_-, --- _ , 1978 <br />as Document No. anC. <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of said easement is for a common <br />driveway serving said Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Kelley Green; <br />an(] <br />W11EPEAS, said common driveway is not a dedicated roadway <br />and the City of Orono has no obligation to maintain or service <br />said roadway; <br />NOW, THFPEPOPE, in consideration of One Dollar (61.00) <br />in hand paid by each of the parties to each other, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, and of the rutual covenants, <br />agreements, coalitions and stipulations herein contained, <br />
