Gaffron, As.,istant Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: September 16, 1986 <br />SOBJ: #1071 Kelly/Shaughnessy, 95 Brown Road South - <br />(Lot Block 1, Kelley Green) - Variance - Resolution <br />This is a request for front and rear setback variances for <br />construction of a new residence in the Kelley Green Subdivision <br />west of Brown Road South. Please review the memo and xhibits of <br />9-9-86. <br />Planning Commission voted 6-0 to approve based on the findings as <br />stated in the attached resolution of approval. Note that the <br />neighbor to the north, Mr. Otto, was contacted by the applicants, <br />and he prefers the house configuration as proposed because it <br />actually provides him more privacy than if the house was <br />constructed parallel with the roadway. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
