7 CERTIFICATE OF ATTORNEY THE UNDERSIGNED, James Wm. Rustad, being first duly sworn, hereby states and certifies as follows: 1. That he is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, and that his license is paid current and is in good standing; 2. That he on March 16, 1977 requested and ordered from the County of Hennepin a true and correct list of all those persons who according to the records of the Auditor of Hennepin County are the owners of real estate lying wholly or partially within three hundred feet (300 ft.) of the real property of his client, James H. Kallestad, described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and 3. That he has received from the County of Hennepin the Property Owners List attached hereto as Exhibit B, and certified to as of March 17, 1977, and that the attached Exhibit B is the true and correct copy which he so received; and 4.
