The following information is required to complete the variance application: <br />1. All surveys shall be certified/signed by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor. Civil <br />Engineers may certify topographic surveys. Survey information must include the <br />following: <br />a. Legal description · of property. <br />b. Location of existing and proposed improvements (i.e. structure, driveways, <br />retaining walls, decks, curb cuts, sidewalks). <br />c. Permanent iron markers in place at each comer. <br />d.
