The New Foundation will not excede <br />the existing setback requirement set when we purchased the Property. <br />We are adding 4 new sump baskets to solve our ground water <br />problem. We need to add the full basement beneath the existing garage <br />space to add new drain tile to keep the existing basement dry. <br />The area directly behind the existing basement is very wet all Spring. <br />The 30' Setback will make it impossible to add any space to our <br />existing Living Room and Kitchen.
