We need to add the full basement beneath the existing garage~ <br />space to add new drain tile to keep the existing basement dry. ~ <br />The area directly behind the existing basement is very wet all Spring. <br />The 30' Setback will make it impossible to add any space to our <br />existing Living Room and Kitchen.
