Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />October 4, 2000 <br />#2615 George Stickney <br />Parcel 2 is an existing 4.5 acre parcel. About 2 acres of the parcel are located below the OHWL of <br />Dickey Lake or are designated as wetland. Lot area does not include those areas that are designated <br />as Dickey Lake or have been determined to be wetlands. The total existing lot size is 2.46 acres. <br />This would be reduced as 4,300 s.f. of land would be transferred to Parcel 1. The request would <br />include approval for sewer connection to the site. The 2000 Comprehensive Plan has designated the <br />property part of the MUSA expansion area, which would allow sewer service to the property. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission Recommended 7 to O to approve the request as submitted. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt or amend the resolution approving a lot line rearrangement for George Stickney for property <br />located at 879 Brown Road North (Exhibit A).
