REQUIRED SUBMITT ALS AIJ of the followine information must be submitted bv the application deadline date in order for your application to be considered complete: 1. ✓ Completed Application Form 2. •/ Certified Property Owners List of owners \Vithin 150', labels and plat map (you must obtain this list, labels and map from Hennepin County Department of Finance, A-603, Govt Center, 348-5910). 3.
