There is a limited number of qualified contractors and they are all <br />busy trying to finish jobs from last fall. <br />Also each Realtor and builder we contacted indicated that the preliminary <br />lot line detracted significantly from the marketability of the front lot. They <br />recommended that the line be realigned so that the front lot view could not <br />be affected by o\.vner of the rear lot. l have explained that the current septic <br />sites affected that lot aITangement. Their suggestion was to relook at the <br />possible sites. <br />For those reasons, we need to extend our platting for the property. We <br />would appreciate an extension through July l 997 to give time (and better <br />weather) to remove the pole barn and select altenmtive workable septic <br />sites. <br />I wanted to discuss this with you in person, but between my job related <br />travel schedule and our whole family contracting.
