A letter stating his <br />request is attached. <br />In the letter he also indicates that there were delinquent utility fees that he had to pay on this <br />property at the time of closing and that he has not been able to determine why these fees were <br />assessed to the property. Please assign someone to look into this matter and contact him. <br />He is also asking that his park dedication fee of $6,000 be refunded to him. I am also <br />wondering if the $200 legal fee should be refunded to him since the resolution and mylars <br />were not sent to Nancy Chadwick. This would bring the total refund amount to $6,200.
