CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 6 5 9 <br />5. Lot 2 is 155' in width to the rear of the street setback line measured from Brown <br />Road North. The code would require 200' of width and a.s a result access to Lot 2 <br />shall be via private driveway outlot. <br />6. The oversized accessory structure at 2,100 s.f. on proposed Lot 2 shall be removed <br />along vvith all other accessory structures (i.e. pool, shed, etc.). <br />I•~o,v, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more of <br />t}1e findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat <br />for Dennis L. Platteter for the property located at 809 Brown Road North per the survey dated 11-15- <br />95, by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., su~ject to the following conditions: <br />1. If the existing principal structure is to remain on Lot 1, north/sourh lot line shall be <br />adjusted so that structure meets required 75' setback from east lot lii:e. <br />2. Approval of the 2 lot plat and the lot lines as shown is based on the removal of all <br />existing accessory structures on both Lots l and 2. <br />3. Prior to the removal or demolition of accessory structures and new residential <br />construction, future owners shall be responsible for staking and protecting septic test <br />sites. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />l. Record plat drawings in the fom1 of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy reduced <br />to l" = 200'. Drawing to i:idude: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S.
