Yes, Chris told me that John stopped in today. As you know, we haven't had a pre-application meeting regarding this project with John or anyone to discuss the request or requirements. A pre-application meeting is a requirement and we don't accept applications without one. The purpose of the pre-ap meeting is to review and provide input on requirements etc ahead of time -we also try to avoid having a last-minute meeting at the counter because that is (in my opinion) when we miss crucial details. Chris will be calling John to let him know that the application -although technically accepted this AM -will be returned to him and won't be accepted for today's February deadline. She will also be returning his fee. We can meet any time to discuss the project and he can submit a more complete application (with completed survey) on or before February 22 nd for the March PC meeting. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm available Thursday between 1-2 (and can have our engineer available at this time as well) or Friday afternoon between 1 and 3 as well as pretty open next week. Let me know what works for you. I have to run down to the courthouse to pick up the property owners list which is ready. I will try and get that to you this afternoon. I have also attached a sketch indicating a house pad area that should work for this lot compared to the little sliver that exists now. Also, Chris told John about a pre-application meeting.
