Description of Request <br />Requesting approval for a reasonable building footprint on a lot that was developed in 1971 as <br />part of a single-family home subdivision and has been assessed and taxed at a rate equivalent <br />to buildable vacant lakeshore for forty years. A combination of new regulatory additions since <br />the lot boundaries were established has made the buildable footprint extremely small and <br />impractical to support the intended use. Property is categorized at vacant-land lakeshore and <br />has an irregular shape and unique contour.
