According to the approval Resolution No. 6147 the variances would have expired on June <br />25, 2013. <br />On June 21, 2013, the applicants requested and were granted an administrative extension of the variance <br />approval pursuant to City Code Section 78-129. This extension expires on June 25, 2014. The applicants have <br />not proceeded with their project and are requesting a second, Council approved extension at this time <br />pursuant to the provisions of Code Section 78-129. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider adopting or amending the attached resolution.
