All persons with an interest in the <br />property must sign the resolution. <br />Variance extension approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in <br />the approval Resolution No. 6147. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by <br />the City. Variance extension approval expires one year after date of approval. A building permit <br />must be obtained no later than June 24, 2015. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City <br />Clerk after review and approval by the City Council.
