The City Council has considered this application including the fmdings and <br /> , recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, comments <br /> � by the applicant and the effect of the proposed variance on the health, safety and <br /> welfare of the community. <br /> CO1�Ca.�JSIOIVS, ORDE�2 �I) COT�ITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> grants a variance to reduce the required front yard from 50' to 34.06' where 34.06' is existing <br /> per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 5 to pernut a 569.88 sq. ft. garage <br /> addition to an existing residence, subject to the following conditions: <br /> l.
