That it is hereby determined that the taking of the parcels of land at 1490 Long Lake <br /> Boulevard is necessary for the public good in order that said parcel sha11 be devoted to sanitary sewer <br /> • . purposes. . <br /> 2. That the City shall take by right of eminent domain for sanitary sewer purposes,the land <br /> described below;and the City Attorney be hereby authorized and directed to commence proceedings <br /> . <br /> in the District Court of Hennepin County for appoinhnent of Commissioners to determine the ' <br /> damages, if any, sustained by the respective owner and interests of the parcel affected by such <br /> taking, as authorized by law. <br /> That the land above referred to is more particularly described as follows: <br /> TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> A temporary easement for construction purposes over,under and across the west fifteen(15)feet of <br /> the east twenty-five(25)feet of the property described as the east 60 feet of west 735 feet of soiith <br /> 175 feet of southwest quarter of section 26 and lots 3 and 4,Albee's Long Lake Addition according <br /> � to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota.
