CITY of ORONO <br /> M�^�� �0 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �Esxo4' <br /> NO. 3 9 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 10 <br /> AND A VARIANCE TO SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B), <br /> AND SECTION 10.75, SUBDIVISION 4 <br /> FILE NO. 2182 <br /> WHEREAS, Herbert Terry Olson and Jane Olson (hereinafter the "applicants") <br /> are owners of the property located at 3640 Bayside Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Riedel Company Stubbs Bay Addition, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for a conditional use permit <br /> per Municipal Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 10, and a variance from Section 10.23, <br /> Subdivision 6 (B) and Section 10.75, Subdivision 4 to reconstruct a 27.2'x25.9' detached garage <br /> on a through lot where a variance is required for an accessory structure front street setback of 9' <br /> where a 50' setback is normally required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2182. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1A, One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District where the minimum lot area requirement is 2 acres. <br /> 3.
