The first report of the release was mAIP tC MDCA staff on <br />April 1, 1987. The tank facilities are located at: <br />2160 Wayzata Boulevard <br />Orono, Minnesota <br />federal and State laws require that persona responsible for stor:3�e tank <br />releases notify the MDCA o` the release, it 'stigate the extent cf the threat to <br />public health, welfare or the environment caused by the release and take actions <br />needed to ensure tnat the release is cleaned up and the public health, welfa-P <br />or the environment 7rotected. We are aware that an initial investigation has <br />occurred, however, the results have not been submitted to us. The MPCA needs a <br />commitment from vou, in the form of a Letter of Intent to Proceed with the <br />necessary corrective action, to rP:olve the problem at your fac:lity. <br />In adilition, the Petroleum Tank.
