<br />the application of Alden Anderson, 1900 Shoreline
<br />Drive, for a variance wi,n thc: City Ccuncil.
<br />Mr. Anderson and his attorc, Mr. Th,-rfinnson, were
<br />present.
<br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to table the
<br />request for a variance of Alden Anderson:, 1900
<br />Shoreline Drive, and to request staff to research
<br />further information r.:garding, 1) lake levels
<br />from 1948; 2) history of taxes prior to 1974;
<br />3) review other resolutions that denied lot
<br />area and width applications. Motion, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0) .

<br />the City Council the preliminary subdivision request
<br />of John Watson, 35)0 Togo Road.
<br />Mavor Van Nest moved, 1tler seconded, to approve
<br />the preliminary subs; :on request of John Watson,
<br />3500 Toqo Road, per Planning Commission
<br />recommendations of August 17, 1981 and to include
<br />an additional 5' of right-of-way along Togo Road.

<br />completed prior to final plat approval. Motion,
