Motion, eyes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />Glenn Cook, City Engineer, presented the fullowin; MEDINA-ORONO <br />letter to the City Council dated October 7, 1981 INTE?CEPTOR <br />concerning the Medina -Orono Interceptor- which states: Pans & Specs. <br />"We have reviewed the plans and specifications for the <br />"1981 Utilities s street Impruvements" for the Medina- <br />Morningside area of the City of Medina prepared by <br />McCombs -Knutson Associate's, Inc. The plans and <br />specifications are in general .accordance with the pre- <br />liminary report and joint powers agreement for the <br />project. <br />we would recommend that the city obtain copier of all <br />casements and any casement settlement agreements can <br />the project." <br />End of letter <br />
