#883 Printup <br />Page 2 <br />April 26, 1985 <br />Staff recommended approval of the application only if the Crystal Bay <br />sewer was approved. Planning Commission at their January 21, 1985, <br />meeting recommended approval (3-0) contingent upon the Crystal Bay <br />sewer project becoming a reality; if the sewer project did not happen, <br />their recommetâ–ºdation was for denial. Commissioner Rovegno suggested <br />to staff that the application should not be presented to Council until <br />after the sewer issue was decided, and the rest of the Planning <br />Commission concurred. <br />A resolution For approval is attached. Note that the projected date <br />for individual connection availability is November 1, 1985. The <br />resolution rcguires the applicant to use care in order to avoid <br />damaging his septic system during construction of the addition. <br />
