Variance authority granted 2-,y this resolution run; <br />with the <br />property <br />not with <br />the owner, but <br />is <br />permissive only and <br />must be <br />exercised <br />by commencement of the <br />improvements which require <br />the <br />variance <br />(pathway <br />system) within <br />one <br />year of the date of <br />Council <br />approval <br />of this <br />resolut:.(.)n, or <br />the <br />special conditions <br />of this <br />resolution related <br />to the variance <br />will <br />expire on that date <br />(June 22, <br />1988) and <br />will at <br />that time be subject <br />to application for a <br />variance <br />renewal. <br />8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning cod.., shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />9.
