The garage is proposed to access off the existing driveway <br />and is proposed to be located between the principal structure and the street. Further the location for the proposed garage and the existing home are over 800 <br />feet from Brown Road and significantly screened from views from the street or adjacent <br />properties. <br />Conditional Use Permit Analysis <br />Zoning Code Section 78-418 (16) states that approval shall be granted only when the <br />following criteria are met: <br />The proposed use of the accessory structure with plumbing will not be detrimental to the <br />2
