Mabusth, 740 North Brown Road -Variance -Resolution <br />List of Exhibits <br />A -Resolution <br />B -Notice of Planning Commission Action 6/21/93 <br />C -Memo and Exhibits of 6/ 16/93 <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of June 16th. Briefly, applicant requests a variance <br />to locate an accessory building nearer the front lot line than the residence on the property. The <br />proposed 10'x16' shed will be set back 146' from the street, and is heavily screened by existing <br />vegetation. The proposed shed replaces a slightly smaller shed at the same location. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this at their June 21st meeting and voted 7-0 to <br />recommend approval based on the applicant's statement of hardships, which has been <br />incorporated into the attached resolution for approval. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />ch
