Building and Zoning Dept. <br />Attn: 1\tlichael Gaffron <br />Stephen Weckman <br />I understand that my land use application, to be re"1.ewed by the Planning <br />Commission on June 21st will be scheduled before the Commission at their July meeting. <br />If the application proves to be non-controversial, I would appreciate being scheduled <br />before the Counsil at their June 28th meeting although I understand your ultimate decision <br />must be based on staffs work load. I have asked for special consideration as I will have <br />volunteers to assist in demolition and preparation for the foundation during the 4th of July <br />weekend. <br />Philip Nelson, my surveyor, will represent the application at both the Planning <br />Commission and Counsil meetings.
