Mr. Byhoth: <br />As you are aware, your sewer connection was not completed due to <br />the elevation of the sewer stub. The stub is too high to serve <br />the basement level by gravity. Based on a conversation with your <br />contractor, it appears that a sump or sewage ejection pump would <br />be necessary to serve the basement level, while keeping the upper <br />level on gravity flow. <br />Your plumber must obtain a permit before making these changes. <br />Although the deadline for hookup was August 1, 1979, we will <br />extend the deadline for you to December 31, 1979.
