Applicant shall provide an estimate of the cost of landscaping <br /> and plantings, which amount shall be added to the site improvement estimate. ' <br /> A Letter of Credit in an amount 150% of the final combined estimate <br /> shall accompany the Developers Agreement. <br /> 14. Prior to issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide suitable evidence <br /> of property ownership. <br /> 15. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the properly not with the owners, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by ,obtaining a building <br /> permit within one year of the date of Council's approval, or the special ' <br /> conditions of this resolution will expire on that date (March 6, 1999). <br /> 16. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> � resolution shall� constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 17.
