Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 -0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to send mailed notice to all property owners within 15 O' <br />of the property located at 650 Brown Road North. The property owner(s) have <br />applied for one or more variances to the Zoning Code to permit a pool and deck <br />addition on the property, and an average lakeshore setback variance to allow a 5' fence <br />to extend along the south property line to the lakeshore of Long Lake. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on: <br />July 19, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono, Minnesota. <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney.
