Our preliminary review <br />indicates that your application is complete. Please provide 11"x17" copies or digital copies <br />of the proposed building plans and the proposed survey for the proposal; the digital <br />copies can be emailed to me at the address below. The reduced copies are needed for <br />distribution with the staff report. <br />The City is extending the time period for City action on application #15-3775 under Minn. Stat.§ <br />15.99, subd. 3(f). The time period for action on this application is hereby extended until <br />November 19, 2015. <br />Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, September <br />21 st • The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Please make sure that you or your representative is <br />available to attend the meeting. You will be mailed a staff report regarding your application prior <br />to the meeting date; the staff report and agenda will be made available the Friday prior to the <br />meeting on the City's website at www.ci.orono.mn.us.
