The application deadline to appear on the <br />November 18, 2002 Planning Commission agenda is noon, Wednesday, October 23rd. The <br />following items are required to complete your application: <br />1. Completed Application Form and $250 variance application fee. <br />2. Certified Property Owners List of owners within 150', labels and plat map (you must obtain <br />this list, labels and map from Hennepin County Department of Finance, they can be <br />contacted at (612) 348-5910). They will need to know from you the property address or <br />property identification number for the lot the variance is being requested. <br />3. List of the legal names (include marital status) of all persons with an interest in the property. <br />This would include name of applicant if not current owner. <br />Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
