Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />The Planning Commission will hold public <br />hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 <br />Kelley Parkway on Monday, June 17 , 1996, <br />the meeting commences .at 7:00 p.m ., on the <br />matter of reviewing the following land use <br />applications: · <br />·1 . #2138 Joan and William Wroblewski , the <br />owners of 630 Park Lane, seek approval of lot <br />coverage, hardcover (75-250 ' setback area) <br />and street setback variances that would <br />permit construction of a roof and screen <br />porch over an existing deck located to the <br />street side of the residence . <br />2. #2140 Troy Anderson of 1490 Long Lake <br />Blvd. seeks approval of a street setback <br />variance that would allow a single story family <br />room addilion to be placed at the west side of <br />the residence. <br />3. #2141 Roberta J. Roth of 1251 Briar Street <br />seeks approval of a side street setback <br />variance from an unimproved public road to <br />permit construction of a single car detached <br />garage to be constructed in the west or rear <br />yard of property. <br />4. #2142 Angela Woodhouse, the owner of <br />2625 North Shore Drive, seeks approval of <br />average lakeshore setback, lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover (0-75' setback area) <br />variances to permit construction of a 6'X18' <br />addition at the west side of Jhe existing <br />residence . The improvement will also involve <br />an expanded .second story over the new <br />add~ion and existing west wing of res idence . <br />5. #2143 Diane Perez of 3465 Eastlake <br />Street seeks approval of hardcover (0-75 ' <br />setback area) and lakeshore setback <br />variances to permit an expansion of a section <br />of roof at the west or lake side of the <br />residence. <br />6. #2144 Arthur and Terry Jewett of 3546 Ivy <br />Place seek approval of average lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover (75-250 ' setback <br />area) variances for a new entry addition to <br />the street or south side of residence and for <br />the expansion of a section of roof over an <br />existing part of the residence located at the <br />lake side . <br />7. #2145 Donald and Robin Helgager of 3265 <br />6th Avenue North seek approval of street, <br />side, lakeshore and average lakeshore <br />setback variances for additions to the east <br />and south or lake side of the residence .. The <br />improvements will consist of a two stall <br />garage, workshop and three season porch . <br />8. #2146 Douglas J.
