Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, l\1N 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, June 17, 1996, the meeting commences at 7 :00 p.m., on the matter of <br />reviewing the following land use applications: <br />1. #2138 Joan and William Wroblewski, the owners of 630 Park Lane, seek approval of lot <br />coverage , hardcover (75-250' setback area) and street setback variances that would permit <br />construction of a roof and screen porch over an existing deck located to the street side of <br />the residence. <br />2. #2140 Troy Anderson of 1490 Long Lake Blvd. seeks approval of a street setback variance <br />that would allow a single story family room addition to be placed at the west side of the <br />residence. <br />3. #2141 Roberta J. Roth of 1251 Briar Street seeks approval of a side street setback variance <br />from an unimproved public road to permit construction of a single car detached garage to <br />be constructed in the west or rear yard of property . <br />4 . #2142 Angela Woodhouse , the owner of 2625 North Shore Drive, seeks approval of <br />average lakeshore setback , lakeshore setback and hardcover (0-75' setback area) variances <br />to permit construction of a 6'x18' addition at the west side of the existing residence . The <br />improvement will also involve an expanded second story over the new addition and <br />existing west wing of residence. <br />5 . #2143 Diane Perez of 3465 Eastlake Street seeks approval of hardcover (0-75' setback <br />area) and lakeshore setback variances to permit an expansion of a section of roof at the <br />west or lake side of the residence. <br />6 . #2144 Arthur and Terry Jewett of 3546 Ivy Place seek approval of average lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover (75-250' setback area) variances for a new entry addition to the <br />street or south side of residence and for the expansion of a section of roof over an existing <br />part of the residence located at the lake side. <br />7 . #2145 Donald ·and Robin Helgager -of 3265 6th Avenue North seek approval of street, <br />side, lakeshore and average lakeshore setback variances for additions to the east and south <br />or lake side of the residence. The improvements will consist of a two stall garage, <br />workshop and three season porch. <br />8. #2146 Douglas J . Olson the owner of 2601 West Lafayette Road seeks approval of average <br />lakeshore setback, lakeshore setback and hardcover variances (0-75' and 75-250' setback <br />areas) for second story additions over existing structure and new additions to south side <br />of residence .
