The proposed deck should not be allowed to approach any closer to French Lake <br />than the existing structure . An examination of the plat indicates that alternative <br />sites for the deck are available for the deck. <br />2. The applicant should screen the existing structure from view from French Lake. <br />Using vegetation, color and other means approved by the City. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on these variances .
