9. #2054 Tony Eiden Company has applied for a conditional use permit to allow filling of <br />approximately 500 to 600 cubic yards of fill to allow construction of a walkout on the <br />property located at 2700 Countryside Drive West. <br />10. #2055 Tony Eiden Company has filed for variances that would allow entrance <br />monuments to be installed at the properties located at 2800 Countryside Drive West and <br />2425 Thoroughbred Lane that would exceed the allowed height of retaining walls within <br />a street yard and a variance to the allowed area for signage for a residential development. <br />11. #2056 Michael and Barbara Wigley of 1035 Tonkawa Road have applied for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the installation of retaining walls within their lakeshore <br />yard. <br />12. #2057 James Nystrom of 1745 Concordia Street has applied for a lot width, side yard <br />setback variance, hardcover variance within the 75-250' setback zone and a lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover variance for a deck within the 0-75' setback area to allow <br />construction of a new residence. <br />13. #2058 Ron Rantz/ Autografs Inc. filed for approval of a commercial site plan and rear <br />setback variance for construction of a two story office building to house the corporate <br />headquarters of Autografs Inc. at the property located at 2525 Shadywood Road. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting.
