They are removing the <br />existing home and building a new home on the substandard lot. Please provide <br />written comments to me by June 8th for review by the Planning Commission at <br />their June 15 th meeting. <br />Prior to June 8th, if you notice substantial deficiencies in the materials or find <br />insurmountable issues affecting the overall request please let me know so I may <br />discuss with the applicant. <br />Let me know if you need any additional information. <br />Thank you <br />.
