The applicant is proposing to construct <br />a new single family home on the property and is requesting lot area, lot width, rear yard and <br />side yard setback variances in order to do so. The property is 10,500 square feet or 0.24 acre in <br />area and is 75 feet in width where 2.0 acres in area and 200 feet in width are required. The <br />home is proposed to meet the front yard setback at 57 feet.
