CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />6522 NO. _________ _ <br />2. Hardcover is proposed at 2,399 square feet or 22.8%, however shall not increase <br />above 3, 150 square feet or 30% as permitted in Tier 2. Any changes to the plans or <br />the Property which result in an increase in hardcover above the existing or allowed <br />levels are not approved as part of this variance request. <br />3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicant, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br />construction and commencing construction of said project. A framing inspection must <br />be completed within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variances will <br />expire on that date (July 13, 2016). <br />4. Violation of or non-complicmce with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br />shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5. The undersigned Applicant has read, understands and hereby agrees to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the Property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13th day of July, 2015. <br />Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor <br />Page 4 of5
