CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Park.-wav on <br />0'fonday, April 17, 1995 at a meeting that will commence at 7:00 p.m. on the matter of considerin; the <br />following land use applications: - <br />1. #2005 Sailors Worid Marina & Boat Club located at 1955 Shoreline Drive has applied for a condition.al ... <br />use pennit to allow a boat lease or rental club use. <br />2 . #2007 Tonv Eiden. the owner of the property located at 2800 Countryside Drive West, seeks aooroval <br />of a conditional use permit for land alterations involving filling and grading activities in excess· ;f 100 <br />cubic yards. Toe proposed grading improvements could not be approved under the authoriry of the <br />building permit for new residemial construction. <br />3. #2008 Tessa Marchessault. the owner of the property located at 3133 Casco Circle , seeks approval of <br />a hardco ver variance \vimin the 75-250' setback area of the property for an addition to the east side of <br />the residence. <br />4 . #2009 Tom and Maureen P:ilm, the owners of the property located at 1685 Concordia Street , seek <br />approval of a Iakeshore setback and hardcover variances within the 0-75' and 75-250' setback areas to <br />permit the construction of a new two story residence on the property . The existing structure would be <br />raised and a new structure placed in the approximate footprint of the original structure. <br />5. #2010 James and Joann Jundt, the owners of the property located at 1400 Bracketts Point Road, seek <br />approval of variances that would allow major structural repairs to an oversized accessory structure. The <br />strucrure exceeds the allowed area for a single oversized accessory strucrure and does not meet the <br />required side yard setback of the zoning district. <br />6. #2011 Tim and Lorie Line have an interest in the property located at 4415 Forest Lake Landing and <br />seek approval of hardcover variances within the 75-250' setback area and a height variance to allow <br />construction of a residential structure on the undeveloped property. <br />7. #2012 Frank Kokesh, the owner of 4100 Watertown Road, has amended his original subdivision <br />application (#1995) to include a variance to the required area standard for the keeping of 12 horses on <br />his 9 acre property. <br />8. #2014 James Nystrom, the owner of the property located at 1745 Concordia Street, proposes a major <br />addition and structural repairs to an older residential structure that is located within the 0-75' setback <br />area requiring lakeshore setback, average lakeshore setback, side setback and hardcover variances . <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting. Written comments are solicited.
