All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. We <br />note that Mrs. Jundt has already executed the resolution. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br />approval expires one year after date of approval.
