CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 5 5 8 <br />dated March 7, 1995 confirming applicants' willingness to comply with the septic <br />standards set forth in the Shoreland Regulations of both the City and State <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />2 . Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br />applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a <br />. i., buil d ing p ermit within -on e y e ar of tbe date of C ounc il approval , or t bis va ri ance <br />will expire on that date (May 8 , 1996). <br />3 . Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />t erminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor . <br />4.
